The purpose of administering this questionnaire is three- fold- namely:-

(a)       To collect relevant data in order to asses the impact of the multigrade teaching training which had been conducted for teachers; 

(b)        To help improve the work of the Multigrade Teaching Project in the Province; and 

©         To help provide information to a variety of stake- holders about the performance of the project.
